This strip was inspired by one of the strips inspired by Drink-Man in general, if that makes sense. Someone in DVD Talk posted their own Drink-Man strip that incorporated the "reflection" theme, and the fact that the artist apparently thought Drink-Man resembles Kevin Spacey. I thought it was funny, so I took it to the next step by incorporating the Kevin Spacey thing with the previous "office manager" strip, mainly because I realized the other guy looks like Greg Kinnear:
